Permission To Use Images News: The Final Word...
Let me start off by thanking everyone for their wonderful words about the images I have created in the BattleStar Universe. These are the people who keep me going. This is why Battlestar MUST make a come back.
However, I am an artist. The whole point in doing work of this nature is for CREDIT. I have gotten burned a few times. Magazines who ran my images cropped off my name and failed to give me (or anyone) credit. Now it seems some fan sites are doing the same thing.
In the past I have tried to read every request for images and try to reply to each person. In a few cases I have tried to let someone use one or two images that they might pick out and then check back with me if those were ok to use. This has failed. They never clear which images they want, and then crop the photos.
The only Web pages at this time that have my permission to use my images are:

Any other web pages which display the artwork found among these pages do not have permission to do so. I would also ask any pages which are posting my images and are not listed above to remove my images by FEB-20th 2000

I hope at a later date I will be able to RELAX more with the image policy- At this time, however, what I do affects many other people. I was forced to make clear what people can and can not do - "With Permission".
In the future when we have many images - I can see this not being a problem any more. Right now I have to look out for potential projects which I can use my models, and for the BattleStarGalactica.com Site which uses these images.
